Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) you can do microraptor to do those race events when no better option is available (usually just CT TA) but it's not recommended when most of the race options are available, and CT TA is wildly varying in terms of what's good or not to get. also yes you can buy 011 beast in chimps but not at the initially and only mid-round6 |

Microraptor is the Beast Handler's path 2 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. The Beast Handler no longer uses its short-range staff attack, instead handling a microraptor that claws at Bloons.
The Microraptor has 20 range and attacks once every second, has 5 pierce, and does 1 Sharp-type damage. This upgrade can be bought even if there's zero available land space for the dinosaur.

Strategy

Microraptor is a solid choice to start games, having fair pierce, being ideally purchased along with Piranha. Purchasing it with Gyrfalcon can also be done on maps without water, but it is not as powerful and the combination cannot be afforded initially in CHIMPS (only mid-R6). Due to its small range, frequent re-positioning of the Microraptor is needed on more challenging maps.
