Sprockets is a high DPS early game tower that only has Lead and Camo weaknesses. Like the rest of the path, it's weak before all its sentries are placed, and can do bad sentry placements due to RNG. Sprockets is usually a better option than [[Double Gun (BTD6)|Double Gun]] with sentries, which has similar weaknesses but has worse DPS.

3-2-0 is better for building into [[Sentry Champion (BTD6)|Sentry Champion]], having better single-target damage. 3-0-2 is better for the early game, stopping groups of Bloons.
