Dual Layer Blades is the Bloonchipper's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City. It allows the chipper to deal 2 damage to each Bloon it fully shreds. It does not impact the rate at which Ceramic Bloons are shredded, nor the amount of layers shredded from them.

Dual Layer Blades makes Bloonchipper more consistent against Regrows by skipping more layers; however, it has no improvement against Ceramics.
