Absolute Zero is the Ice Monkey's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It grants an Activated Ability with a 45 second cooldown that:
- Freezes all Non MOAB-Class Bloons for 4 seconds that last through 2 layers
- Applies permafrost to all Bloons (including MOAB-Class and Boss Bloons on the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City), slowing them down by 50% for 2 layers.
