Strategy

[edit | edit source]

In the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City, it is extremely powerful because of its global slow to blimps including Bosses. It should be used in any Boss event going into Tiers 15 and higher as well as Contested Territory. Its permanence on blimps is better than Sabotage Supply Lines in most cases but both can be combined for additional slowdown. In Boss events, the player should get the upgrade as soon as possible while using Ice Shards to defend against Bloon groups. In tile capturing, due to the reduced health of MOABs in general it is not as required but still can be helpful if a defense lacks proper ZOMG damage.

In the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City, it is practically useless because of its inability to slow blimps.
