Maim MOAB is the Sniper Monkey's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6.
It has a base damage of 30 and a bonus 15 extra damage to Ceramic bloons. It can stun MOAB-class bloons, preventing them from moving for a short time. MOAB bloons are stunned for 3 seconds, BFB bloons are stun for 1.5 seconds, ZOMG bloons are stun for 0.75 and if able to hit camo DDT bloons will be stunned for 0.75. Neither BAD bloons or Boss bloons can be stunned. With the Shrapnel Shot crosspath it can stun multiple Moab-class bloons with its shrapnel for 66% the duration.
This path can be upgraded into Cripple MOAB (BTD6)

Strategy
Middle path crosspath is better for group damage, as the shrapnel can hit several bloons and stun moabs, while bottom path crosspath is better suited for single target damage. Middle path also grants camo detection, allowing this tower to hit and stun DDTs.
Maim MOAB is great for stalling rounds and to allow other tower's abilities to go off cooldown, or to generate some extra cash with abilities like Supply drop's ability or Support chinook's ability.
Without external buffs 4-0-2 can permanently stun a single MOAB or BFB, and with a small attack speed buff (such as Jungle Drums) it can also permanently stun a ZOMG.

Trading off rate of fire for shrapnel crosspath doesn’t work well for Maim MOAB as it’s all about being a stall tower, so instead of focussing on a damage increase here the shrapnel will now apply the benefits of the sniper’s stun & debuff to turn this crosspath choice into a question of preference in grouping vs single target.
