The editor who added this notice elaborates: Does Buddy Bloon neutralise secondary damage effects like Tripshot's lateral darts? For sure Arcane Master bonus bolts because that's attached to the main attack.

The Buddy Bloon is an Advanced Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm. It starts with 150 Shield when it is played and it reduces the Attack Power of the opponent's Monkey with the most Attack Power to zero while it is in play. If multiple Monkeys have the same Attack Power, it prioritizes the first placed Monkey. It does not negate indirect damage effects, including On Fire (namely from Burny Stuff Mortar).

Tips

• Buddy Bloon neutralises damage from the strongest enemy Monkey. Popping it is difficult without the support of Powers or other Monkeys. Unless it can surely be popped within 2 turns, focusing damage on it is useless.
• Towers affected by Buddy Bloon can be affected by Bed Time.
• Best used for countering very high damage monkeys, notably Sun Temple and The Big One.
• If the opponent tries to rely on a Defender to damage bloons after their turn, Buddy Bloon can be used to negate it (provided it's the highest AP Monkey), and also waste its ammo.
