The Hastening Bloon is an Advanced Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm. When played, it reduces the Delay of a random other Bloon on the player's side by 1, to a minimum of 0. The affected bloon moves towards the queue in order of recentness (i.e. oldest go first). It cannot target Bloons that are already at 0 Delay. It can target Immobile Bloons, but it has no effect on them.

• Like Quick Ready, Hastening Bloon can reduce a bloon's delay to 0, but costs 1 less Gold. The tradeoff is that the bloon targeted is random, while leaving behind a bloon that generates 6 bloontonium, so this Bloon should preferably be used when it can guarantee a win no matter what bloon is affected.
  • If there's exactly one possible candidate, Hastening Bloon will guarantee to reduce delay of that Bloon.
  • Some players may utilize tactics specific to consistency of Hastening Bloon. For disruption, the opponent may leave a few of your bloons at low HP (e.g. Reds from Red Bloon Apopalypse). On the contrary, you can use a Bloon Melter to remove some unwanted targets.
• If looking for reducing the delay of a bloon with two delay to zero, such as any 1 delay bloon with Improved Fortification, or Double Ceramic Bloon, it is recommended that only one Hastening Bloon is relied on before using Quick Ready, as playing more than one Hastening Bloon may end up reducing the delay of the first Hastening Bloon instead of the desired bloon.
• The Hastening Bloon itself is hardly a threat, and utilizing multiple Hastenings for pressure can be unreliable.
• Avoid having any Immobile Bloons when preparing Hastening Bloon, as it has a chance to waste its effect on them.
