The editor who added this notice elaborates: Determine if all attacks from Monkey Aces can pin or just dart-based attacks.

Pincushion Flyby is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It grants Monkey Ace a Pin-like effect that stuns small Bloons they pop for 1s, lasting for 10 layers and grants a pierce buff that increases with the rarity of the Artifact. Darts are unable to pin Lead Bloons and Ceramic Bloons until the outer layer is popped. Rosalia starts with the Common variant of this Artifact and it also adds a 0-1-1 / 0-1-2 / 0-0-2 Monkey Ace to the party.
