Inferno Ring (BTD6): Difference between revisions
Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) From what my mind perceives, readers seem to prefer the paragraphed text for describing new attacks whenever possible; a mechanics section would be better if there was even more to discuss, but I found it was good enough to write them in a single paragraph, don't you reckon? Also, for strategy I started with a summary that iring is decent but has a steep t5 saveup that is somewhat awkward in chimps (but still pretty good) |

Inferno Ring | Inferno Ring has a difficult saveup in exchange for performing much better against MOAB class bloons, but is still only an average win condition that requires a lot of support. The high-damage meteor attack needs pierce buffs, such as Primary Training, Berserker Brew, and Stronger Stimulant, for it to do anything meaningful. Without a Symphonic Resonance to move bloons inside of its radius, Inferno Ring leaks too often to both DDTs and ceramics. An Overclock may be necessary if it struggles to pop bloons before they escape its range while also increasing the attack rate of the meteor. The targeting of the meteor should be set on Strong to get the most out of its single target damage.
Gwendolin is the optimal Hero for Inferno Ring because of her attack speed buffs. Bottom crosspath is better if Inferno Ring's pierce can be buffed for more overall damage. Otherwise, middle crosspath is better, as the +1 pierce to the meteor becomes more important without buffs.
