Ghost Monkey is a Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 6.0. It reloads a target Monkey and gives it the Temporary keyword. It can target a Monkey that already has full ammo, which simply gives it the Temporary keyword. Monkeys that cannot attack are counted as having 0 Ammo and are removed by this card.

- Ghost Monkey can be used in a similar way to Zee Jay's Stylish Finish or as a more difficult-to-use Monkey removal of an opponent's Monkey. Note that human opponents may avoid letting the affected Monkey attack if the damage aspect is irrelevant.
- Ammo removal cards such as Whoops and Ceasefire on the opponent's Monkeys can be used to allow Ghost Monkey to act like a true Monkey removal.
- It acts like a true removal on Monkeys that cannot attack.
