Howl is an Advanced Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 5.0. It grants all Wolf-type Monkeys (Wolf, Dire Wolf) +10 ATK while on the player's side, including any Wolves moved to their side with Expert Negotiator or placed after using this card, for the rest of the match. It can only be added to Obyn Greenfoot and Mountain Obyn decks.

- Full Wolf armies will benefit from this card the most. With all three of this card, they'll do 60 damage per turn, which rivals most 1-delay Monkeys, not including certain Ultra Rare Monkeys (e.g. Total Transformation Monkey, Sun Temple). It's even better with Dire Wolf, which will synergize well with its splash damage, for up to 80 ATK with three Howls alone.
