Sandytown is a location in the Frontier Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It is a small town in the middle of the desert with a few residents and features several buildings which are important to the game mechanics such as the Saloon and the Sheriff's Homestead. From here, the players can head directly to Boulder Falls by walking through the north exit.
The currently known residents of Sandytown are Sheriff, Mr Mayor, Scout, Geraldo, and a number of regular Monkeys without outfits and regular Towers.
Buildings
Sheriff's Homestead
This building is located in the right side of the center of the town and is the current home of the Sheriff and their Posse. Upon entering the building the player can see its interior featuring the Sheriff and the 3D models of the members of their Posse and their pet companion.
Here, players can use the buttons to perform certain actions:
- Sheriff: Change the Sheriff's equipment and their pet.
- Posse: Manage the members of their Posse and see their traits.
- Collection: View the trophies that the player has obtained during their playthrough.
The Homestead will also recover lives and the stamina of the player's Monkeys and is much more effectively than a Campfire at doing so.
Saloon
The Saloon is also located at the left side of the center of the town, it is used to recruit Towers and Heroes for the Posse by paying them a certain amount Bananite. In the inside the Sheriff and the models of the potential recruits are shown and there is a single button to open the Recruit menu which has several options:
- Hands to Hire: This is composed of regular towers and sometimes Heroes, by clicking on their portrait, the players can see their traits and recruit cost. If hired, they will join the Posse at full Stamina.
- Heroes to Hire: All available Heroes (and their alternate skins) are shown and can be recruited without being on the Saloon but at a much higher cost.
- Ranch Hands: Shows all Monkeys that the player has recruited.
The recruits and their traits, and names are randomized. There is also the possibility of encountering Legendary recruits with powerful traits but with an extremely high recruit cost.
The available towers in the Saloon will refresh after a certain amount of time has passed (10 to 30 minutes), or the player can also force a refresh by paying a small amount of Bananite.
General Store
The General Store is located to the left of the Saloon where Geraldo works as the shopkeeper. Here the player can use their Bananite to buy items and there are classified in three categories, some of the permanent items can be bought multiple times or they may have upgrades:
