Hard Thorns (BTD6): Difference between revisions

neglecting its lower-tier usage is incorrect because people still can use it for early purposes other than just a crosspath. That would be different if a T1/T2 upgrade was only ever used for T3+, but Hard Thorns in BTD6 has uses for thorn pierce, especially for bottom path when considering use cases over the thorn swarm. It is, however, primarily used for lead-popping considerations. Race Events involving druid use hard thorns always, if no better option exists.

Hard Thorns assists its early-game, making it more reliable against groups, though it's primarily used as a Tier 3+ crosspath for lead-popping. Hard Thorns is the much preferred crosspath for {{BTD6|Druid of the Jungle}}+, solving one of its biggest weaknesses for cheap. For bottom path, this crosspath should only be considered if external Lead popping is unavailable as this loses {{BTD6|Thorn Swarm}}'s DPS.
