The Rare Quincy Action Figure (RQAF), commonly known as the Action Figure or colloquially as the Quincy NFT, is a Geraldo's Shop item in Bloons TD 6. The Action Figure is a sub-tower of Geraldo and does not attack or directly influence Bloons or Towers in any way, though Geraldo items (notably Gerry's Fire) can still be applied onto it. However, it has the unique feature that both its cost and sell value increase every round that passes after it becomes available from Geraldo's Shop. This makes it effectively an income-generating tower, and thus it is banned in Deflation and CHIMPS. Any profit made by the figure will add to Geraldo's income counter. Each player can only have 1 Action Figure placed at a time.
Value
The cost of the Action Figure increases every time a round ends, after it becomes available from Geraldo's Shop. The amount by which its cost increases depends on the round that just ended.

The sell value of the Action Figure follows a more complicated formula than most towers, but it is close to 95% of its cost, or between 95% and 100% with 
Better Sell Deals. The sell price is not affected by Favored Trades.
Both the cost and sell value have a maximum of $10,000,000. Neither will increase further once they reach this point.
Cost Formula
To calculate the cost of the Action Figure when placed on a certain round, the following procedure is performed:
- Begin with the initial cost
- For every round that passes:
- If the round that passed was between 1-30, increase cost by 10%
- If the round that passed was between 31-80, increase cost by 5%
- If the round that passed was greater than 81, increase cost by 2%
- The result is called the floating-point cost. The actual cost will be the floating-point cost rounded half even to the nearest multiple of 5.
- The sell value will be the floating-point cost multiplied by 0.95, and then rounded up to the nearest integer.
With Better Sell Deals, the sell value is . That is, the Monkey Knowledge only increases the sell value by 5% of the initial cost, not 5% of the current cost.
The cost formula is not affected by Half Cash mode.

Strategy
Geraldo's Action Figure is a powerful farming tool if placed early, due to its high 10% rate on return per round. However if Geraldo is placed too early, the cost of the Action Figure may grow too fast to be practically affordable, making it sometimes beneficial to delay placing Geraldo until both him and the Action Figure can be afforded. When maximizing farming such as during Boss Events, the Action Figure should be sold on round 31 to purchase more farms, because after round 31 its rate on return drops. If playing a more relaxed playstyle, the Action Figure may be held onto until a difficult round such as round 63 or just before a boss appears, providing a large cash boost to help defend.
The Action Figure is generally less effective the later it is placed, however it may be a worthwhile farming tool in the late game due to its high value and low footprint. It is especially poor if Geraldo is placed too late, as it will gain value far slower.
When doing optimal farming, the best way to snowball income is to buy the figure, sell Geraldo, then save up for a Farm, if defenses allow it and his defensive items are no longer needed.
