Monkey City's +20% cash generation is very impactful in a Farm strategy to boost nearby income generators, such as [[Banana Research Facility (BTD6)|BRFs]] and T5 Farms like [[Banana Central (BTD6)|Banana Central]]. The extra range this Village gains also allows more defenses to benefit from both the [[Monkey Town (BTD6)|Monkey Town]] and Monkey City buffs. Its free [[Dart Monkey (BTD6)|Dart Monkey]]s can be useful if needing to place cheap defense in a pinch, as well as [[Blastapopoulos (BTD6)|Blastapopoulos]] fodder against its meteors. Maximizing its range can be useful when buffed by middle Desperado and/or [[Overclock (BTD6)|Overclock]], but only if it'd cover more 4-2-0 BRFs.

For crosspathing, 1-0-4 is preferred to maximize the coverage of the cash generation buff, while the other crosspaths are situational based on other nearby Villages.
