The MOAB Test Bloon[1] is a type of MOAB-Class Bloon in Bloons TD 6. It was introduced in version 48.0, but it existed in the game files before then. It is exclusive to Sandbox mode and is similar to the Test Bloon, except it has the properties of a MOAB-Class Bloon, the hitbox size of a MOAB instead of a regular Bloon, and 100,000,000 health instead of 999,999. It has the same priority bracket for strong targeting as the Test Bloon and cannot have Fortified modifier. It is affected by speed ramping on rounds 81 and on, but not health ramping.

Behavior

For the most part, the MOAB Test Bloon acts the same as a MOAB, just with very high health. This prevents it from being affected by towers that have an RBE limit, such as Obyn Greenfoot's Wall of Trees and Megalodon's drag-down. "Insta-kills" that actually deal a finite amount of damage, such as Bomb Blitz and Pat Fusty's Big Squeeze ability, do not destroy it in one hit. Additionally, it is treated differently by some towers:

Trivia

[edit | edit source]
  • Before version 48.2, it was possible for the MOAB Test Bloon to have negative health on high rounds due to the health ramping causing its health to overflow. With negative health, any amount of damage would pop it in one hit.
