fourth hit seems to do the stun, still unsure if I got the other coldcrusher one right, dunno about the 2nd part for whether it's the second hit or not, maybe third?
I think it's better to do first-second-third to match the combo debuff being on hits 1-2-3

#The first hit applies a mutator to the damaged target, which visually shows yellow sparks. All Energy-type and Plasma-type projectiles are attracted towards Bloons struck by this attack.
#The first hit applies a mutator to the damaged target, which visually shows yellow sparks. All Energy-type and Plasma-type projectiles are attracted towards Bloons struck by this attack.
#The second hit applies a second effect to the mutator, which causes all Sharp-type and Shatter-type attacks to trigger lightning, which transfers the pops and damage to the tower that triggered it.
#The second hit applies a second effect to the mutator, which causes all Sharp-type and Shatter-type attacks to trigger lightning. The pops and damage of the lightning is attributed to the tower that triggered it.
#The fourth hit stuns the target briefly, affecting up to BFBs and visible DDTs, but not ZOMGs, nor any target that is immune to all stuns.
#The third hit causes subsequent lightning skywarden attacks to stun the target briefly, affecting up to BFBs and visible DDTs, but not ZOMGs or any target that is immune to all stuns.
