Template:Lst with substitution/doc

An alternative to the LST parser function that allows one substring in the transcluded text to be substituted with another string.

It reduces its attack cooldown by a flat 0.49 seconds, effectively increasing its attack speed by roughly 30% (roughly 37.4% if crosspathed with The Big One).
