→Strategy: user said: "Yeah, this thing is weird as hell. It actually anti-synergizes with bottom path Ice because they're too good at popping Bloons. The way Frozen Verdict and Winter's Mercy work, they want to be the one popping the frozen Bloons to spawn those icesplosions. But those aren't worth the effort since the Skywarden is so weak on its own."

Frozen Verdict is the Skywarden's path 3 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6.
This upgrade increases the damage of its arrows from 1 to 2, their bonus damage to frozen Bloons from +1 to +4, and both the regular and bonus damage of the Ice combo shrapnel from 3 to 6. The combo can now slow MOAB-Class Bloons by 10%, and the area effect by another 5%. Also, the shrapnel can now freeze MOABs.

Whenever an arrow pops a frozen Bloon, it leaves behind an icesplosive remain that lasts anywhere from 2 to 4 seconds. It slows up to 6 Bloons, including MOABs by 50% for 3 seconds. When the remain expires, it does a 3 pierce explosion, dealing 3 12 damage and freezes 6 non-MOAB layers for 1s.

Frozen Verdict excels with a freeze-focused setup, such as with Icicles and Snowstorm, in order to proc the Icebore and Coldchain effects, as well as generate collateral damage and support from the icesplosive remains. Otherwise, Frozen Verdict struggles to see value at all, as it alone will not be reliable against groups without Frozen Bloons. But at the same time, Frozen Verdict must be do the final pops, or else other towers will "steal" its pops and ruin its chained defensive potential, making it awkward to use in practice without a dedicated Frozen Verdict strategy.

Generally, the crosspath preference varies but path 2's Thundering Arc can be better with its pierce buff and focused shots against groups, though path 1 is still useful so it can reach more regions.
