Pop the nearest normal bloons with a high powered throw that pops the nearby normal bloons in the first three columns before popping an [[Ice Bloon]] on the fourth column. Afterwards, pop the lowest and closest ice bloons with a fully powered throw, then aim a fully powered throw at the nearest ice bloon above where the nearby normal bloons formerly were, in a way where the arrow is on the side of the top of the ice bloon. Solution
Pop the nearest normal bloons with a high powered throw that pops the nearby normal bloons in the first three columns before popping an Ice Bloon on the fourth column. Afterwards, pop the lowest and closest ice bloons with a fully powered throw, then aim a fully powered throw at the nearest ice bloon above where the nearby normal bloons formerly were, in a way where the arrow is on the side of the top of the ice bloon.
