Ice Bounce is the 30th level in the Flash version of Bloons, and the 6th level in Bloons Lite+.
Solution
Flash
Because of an oversight in the game's code, the player can simply shoot a fully charged shot through the Solid Blocks and pop the Bomb Bloons inside easily. Afterwards, the player can throw a fully charged dart at some of the remaining bloons so long as it does not freeze them too early for an easy clear.
Lite+
As the iOS version of Bloons uses a different engine, the solution is different from the Flash version. Rather than popping all the bloons on the right, one of the darts must instead pop the topmost Ice Bloon, before throwing a moderately powered dart at the one frozen bloon so that it bounces off and pops the Bomb Bloons.
