Faster Shooting is the Monkey Buccaneer's path 1 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It decreases the attack cooldown of the Monkey Buccaneer's attacks by 25%, increasing its attack speed by ~33.33%.

Strategy
Faster Shooting is not recommended for the 0-0-0 Monkey Buccaneer, as its attack speed boost provides less damage increase per cost compared to the base Buccaneer. However, Faster Shooting is an excellent choice of crosspath for Grape Shot and its succeeding upgrades, as the attack speed boost is generally superior to increased pierce and Camo detection with the bottom crosspath. However, Long Range's pierce boost becomes superior in Race Events. Faster Shooting is not recommended for bottom-path Buccaneers, as they benefit far more from the icreased number of projectiles from Grape Shot.
