Rapid Shot is Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm. It deals 40 damage to 5 random Bloons on the opponent's side, for up to 200 damage in total. It targets a random Bloon each time, but it can target the same Bloon multiple times. Popped Bloons that summon more Bloons (e.g. Nested Bloons) cannot trigger that effect while using Rapid Shot, only after this card ends. It can be used if there are no Bloons on the opponent's side, though doing so simply consumes the card without triggering the effect. It can only be used in Quincy decks.
