Monkey Intelligence Bureau is the Monkey Village's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It grants towers in range the Normal damage type, allowing them to damage Bloons with Black, White, Purple, Lead, and/or Frozen properties.[fn 1] This buff also grants targeting of Lead and Purple properties (e.g. Psi before Level 6 or 11), but will not grant targeting of other bloon properties, including Frozen.

Monkey Intelligence Bureau is a simple but expensive solution to countering Bloon properties, and its strength compared to alternatives is its 100% uptime and lack of reliance on timing. Most use cases for Monkey Intelligence Bureau is to allow towers to counter the Lead and Black properties of DDTs, and occasionally to prevent backfiring against Frozen Bloons (e.g. Snowstorm). Removing bloon weaknesses also opens up crosspaths that are much stronger than the one that pops all bloon types (e.g. 5-2-0 Glaive Lord over 5-0-2). However, compared to alternatives that counter specific bloon properties, MIB lacks any further utility, at a cost similar to Glue Strike and Embrittlement. Moreover, the 0-5-2 Glue Storm is able to cover all DDT rounds in CHIMPS, including Round 95, de-leading every DDT and letting them take extra damage.
MIB also sees niche use in certain Race Events that utilize Recursive Cluster if alternatives such as MOAR Glaives and Ice Shards are unavailable.
