Cripple MOAB is the Sniper Monkey's path 1 tier 5 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It increases the damage of Sniper Monkey's bullets from 30 to 140, and grants bullets an area effect that deals 28 damage to up to 10 Bloons near the impact location (up to a distance of 8 units).
This upgrade increases the amount of time MOAB-Class Bloons are stunned on hit. It also allows Cripple MOAB's main bullets to apply a cripple debuff to MOAB-class bloons, which makes them take +5 damage from all damage sources.

Strategy
Cripple MOAB provides a debuff and allowing towers to maximize damage against single targets, hence standing out the most in Boss Bloon Events (against Tier 2+) and Boss Rush. In these cases, set it to Strong to affect the strongest blimp, but set it to First against Dreadbloon to avoid Rock Bloons. As its blimp debuff is a flat damage bonus, towers that benefit the most from the debuff are those which shoot a plethora of low-damage projectiles, such as Overdrives, Sun Avatars, and Shinobi-buffed Bloonjitsus. The debuff also makes Cripple MOAB powerful in Freeplay.
In CHIMPS, Cripple MOAB is subpar choice. It requires an expensive setup involving other towers that can take advantage of its debuff utility in order to make up for its rather insignificant damage. Compared to other towers in the same price range it is lacking as a solo damage tower, and may struggle to beat the BAD.
Attack speed buffs, such as Jungle Drums and Berserker Brew, are recommended for greater standalone damage and higher debuff uptime, with 5-0-2 achieving full debuff uptime against BADs and Bosses with either of them. 5-0-2 is the optimal crosspath for Cripple MOAB in CHIMPS and against Bosses (except Phayze), allowing it to deal more overall damage with its bullets and explosions. 5-2-0 is preferred against Phayze (which demands innate Camo detection) and in Freeplay (in which the debuff is by far its most important attribute, and 5-2-0's group debuff is far preferable to 5-0-2's single-target debuff).
