From what my mind perceives, readers seem to prefer the paragraphed text for describing new attacks whenever possible; a mechanics section would be better if there was even more to discuss, but I found it was good enough to write them in a single paragraph, don't you reckon? Also, for strategy I started with a summary that iring is decent but has a steep t5 saveup that is somewhat awkward in chimps (but still pretty good)

* Attack cooldown reduced by 68.25%, for an attack speed increase of approximately 3.15x

The meteor seeks towards targets, dealing 700 damage (1,000 with Even More Tacks) to the intended target(s) with infinite range, following standard targeting priorities. It has 1 pierce (2 with Super Range Tacks) that can be buffed, and once all pierce is used it creates an explosion that does 50 damage with 10 pierce and burns any non-Purple (50 damage per second for 4.1 seconds). The meteor is shot every 4 seconds. The meteor can only collide with the targeted bloon (therefore, it can't get blocked by other bloons), and cannot retarget the same bloon twice (only applied when it has more than 1 pierce). If no new targets are found, the meteor will fly off the map.
Inferno Ring gains a meteor attack with the following features:

* Deals 700 Fire damage (1,000 with Even More Tacks)
* Has 1 pierce (2 with Super Range Tacks)
* Infinite range
* Can be targeted
* Bloon seeking (will only collide with the targeted bloon, it can't get blocked by other bloons)
* Attack cooldown of 4 seconds
* Creates an explosion on impact (only when all pierce is consumed) which deals 50 Explosion damage with 10 pierce
** This explosion applies a burn damage-over-time effect which deals 50 damage per second for 4.1 seconds
* Can't retarget the same bloon twice (only applied when it has more than 1 pierce). If no new targets are found, the meteor will fly off the map.

The meteor attack benefits greatly from pierce buffs like Berserker Brew, Stronger Stimulant, and Primary Training, which make it bounce to more targets before exploding. It is recommended to get bottom crosspath for more meteor damage if Inferno Ring's pierce can be buffed, as it will deal more damage overall. Otherwise, middle crosspath is more optimal, as the +1 pierce to the meteor becomes more important without buffs.

Inferno Ring is overall decent for its cost, however its steep T5 cost makes it somewhat difficult to afford in CHIMPS with a T4 that doesn't excel against MOAB-class. This high-damage meteor attack benefits greatly from pierce buffs, such as Primary Training, Berserker Brew, and Stronger Stimulant, which allow the meteor to hit more targets before exploding. It is recommended to get bottom crosspath for more meteor damage if Inferno Ring's pierce can be buffed, as it will deal more damage overall. Otherwise, middle crosspath is more optimal, as the +1 pierce to the meteor becomes more important without buffs.

Place Inferno Ring towards the end of the track and set the meteor targeting to strong. This way, the meteor will take care of high-tier blimps, and the main attack will clean up the low-tier blimps and small Bloons that get by. Gwendolin is the optimal Hero for Inferno Ring thanks to her buffs to it.
