War Bonds is an Exotic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. It generates Gold equal to the number of Military Monkeys in play on the player's side. It cannot be used if the player has max Gold, but can be used if there's no friendly Military Monkeys, which just consumes the card. It can only be added to Striker Jones decks.

• For Military Striker decks, this is a better Cash Drop. It also has 2 charges instead of 1, so having even just one Military Monkey nets more Gold. However, this is an Uncommon card.
• Like other cards that grant Gold generation during a round, War Bonds with at least one Military Monkey can also allow triple Quick Ready.
• War Bonds is suitable for midrange Striker Military decks that afford expensive rushes and Monkeys while also having Quick Ready combos as wincons.
• War Bonds requires more specific deckbuilding than most cards, forcing Striker to run more Military Monkeys than usual. Running too many Military Monkeys can reduce the effectiveness of your strategy, as many Militaries have weaknesses or stats that make them not the most ideal to run.
