It permanently increases the player's starting cash by $200, though on the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City it has no effect in MOAB Graveyard or Consecrated Ground. It stacks with the Magic Coin Purse, giving a total of $250 extra starting cash.

Strategy

Getting both the Magic Coin Purse and Epic Magic Coin Purse is valuable especially in an early city to start off with many more starting options. At higher city levels, which give more starting cash, it's much easier to start snowballing income via Banana Farms and early Bloon Traps.
