Increases by one rank the next 15 bloons spawned, up to a maximum of Rainbow. Three uses. Category Bloon Tier 4 Cooldown 20 seconds Uses 3

Upgrade Bloons is a tier 4 Bloon Power in the multiplatform version of Bloons TD Battles. It adds one layer to the next 15 Bloons the player sends within 20 seconds after activation. It only affects Zebra Bloons and Lead Bloons and below, and unaffected Bloons do not count towards the 15-Bloon limit.
