Dizzy Rangs is one of the Boomer's Mecha Path upgrades in Bloons Blitz. This upgrade causes all of the Boomerang Monkey's projectiles to stun Bloons they hit for 1 second (3 seconds with the Level 2 version). This does not affect Boss Bloons.
