On the Move is the third level of Popping Fields in the Flash version of Bloons 2. This level introduces moving Bloons. The mobile version has its own counterpart called Movin'.
Solution
Pop the bloons to the right. It is advised to strength your dart power to be able to pop more bloons, as well as wait for rows of bloons to arrive to be able to pop them more easily.
