Dodge A Bullet is the eleventh level of Bloon Dunes in the Flash version of Bloons 2.
Solution
The player should use their single dart to pop the Boomerang Bloon (and perhaps even use that dart to pop a couple of bloons for extra poppage), then use the boomerang in a manner that would be able to target enough bloons.
