Dimension Disruptor

The Dimension Disruptor is an Epic power in Bloons Adventure Time TD. When activated, the next bloon that would cause a Game Over will instead destroy all bloons currently on screen. A limit of 1 Dimension Disruptor can be used per game initially, but higher level players can use this power more than once.
Like Big Hearted Hero, this power can skip rounds by activating it's effect upon leaking 2 bloons if the first would cause a game over, but unlike Big Hearted Hero, it provides less time for round skipping as the animation plays faster, resulting in the Disruptor glitch being relatively less forgiving the more bloons are leaked, but unlike the former, it can be used in Allies Only Martian Games that do not exclude powers. It overall provides more time for skipping rounds than Time Travel Machine, so if coins are not an issue, Dimensional Disruptor is the better choice compared with Time Travel Machine for round skipping.
