Scarlet is an Uncommon sword weapon in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It gives the wielder +2 pierce +1 per 3 stars it can only be equipped to Finn, Dungeon Finn and Warrior Bubblegum. It is the first item you unlock and it is given to you for free alongside Ice Cream Sundae during the tutorial.
Strategy
Early on, pierce is quite valuable for early game attackers due to a noticeable lack of pierce on most characters without many star upgrades or trinkets. This makes it useful for clearing large groups of Bloons, making it ideal for beginners clearing Normal Difficulty maps. However, it quickly falls off as soon as you start to clear Hard difficulty maps due to the lack of damage to MOAB class bloons. It is best equipped to Finn and Dungeon Finn.
Trivia
When equipped with a weapon, Finn appears to be holding Scarlet in his level up animation. If not, he holds a generic gray sword.
