Phayze One is an Experiment Quest in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 42.0. It takes place on Sulfur Springs Medium. After starting the first round, a unique version of Phayze will spawn, which cannot be killed, rather depleting the health bar completely will add a point to the player's score. The player must get 40 kills of Phayze to win. In this quest, all towers are available but only 2 Banana Farms can be placed, and player can not place Etienne, Sauda, or Geraldo.

All towers with cash generation only gives 1/4 cash as normal and no end-of-round cash bonus.
Losing all lives does not lose the quest, rather instead Phayze will jump forward a portion of the track while invincible, and then gameplay resumes as normal with another 150 lives.
Initially, Phayze has 400 base health and 100 shield health, and killing the boss gives 1000 cash.
Base and shield health are increased by 6% per boss killed. The cash bonus is increased by 3.5% per boss killed, but only stacks 125 times.
Every 5 kills, Phayze creates the portal and dashes forward.
