Moon Colony is a Challenge Quest in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 47.0. It takes place on a modified version of Moon Landing with more obstacles and a pre-placed Portable Lake in the middle. It is placed on top of a rock, allowing towers placed on it to see over the crater walls, and it cannot be selected or sold.

This quest uses Sunshine Serenade as its default theme.
