	Frozen bloons freeze other bloons that come in contact. Can detect camo.

Permafrost Cost: $100
	Bloons move slowly even after thawing out.

Deep Freeze Cost: $350
	Freezes 2 layers, extending the slow duration.

Ice Shards Cost: $2,800
	Razor sharp shards fly out when frozen bloons pop.

Absolute Zero Cost: $3,500
	Ability: freezes all bloons on screen temporarily.

	Makes the bloons so cold that they move slowly even after thawing out.

Deep Freeze Cost: $350
	Freezes 2 layers of bloons instead of 1.

Ice Shards Cost: $2,000
	Creates razor sharp pieces of ice on frozen bloons, that when popped, fly out and pop more nearby bloons.

Absolute Zero Cost: $2,000
	Absolute Zero Ability: freezes the entire screen of bloons for 4 seconds. Does not affect MOAB-class bloons.
