AAAH BREAKING NEWS NEW CORNFIELD SECRET SPOT FOUND!!!!!

you can fit a small tower below the last bend in the track, though its subpixel perfect.

ok it doesnt actually change much, you just put the ninjagon there now, and can fit another sniper for stall farming, im unsure what to put in the top secret spot now though.

(to be read in an angry tone)frustrating update: there is a stupid amount of people saying that they knew about the new spot. none of them did. you cannot say "oh its just the wider community didnt know", when there is no evidence of the spot prior, and the people who play cornfield the most with the most precision(no harvest freeplayers, etc) had no clue about it. as far as i can tell most people who claim to have known about it are either under the Mandela effect, or seeking attention, and im really tired of it. if you disagree and think it was known, but not by the wider community, please, by all means provide ONE screenshot before v49. heck, most people who said this said something like 3 years, so find something before 2023 at least. oh also there were multiple fake posts, and while they became more and more unbelievable at least one(the one by randomdummy4), had multiple people(even a flipping CONSOLE player) saying they knew about it for years.

ok vent over.

Hi, im Rogue9876, and im a cornfield enthusiast. im just going to kind of infoish dump about me as a bloons player and why i occasionally have made edits... also before i start i edit late at night on an old kindle(yes some of those have web access) so sometimes i have technical difficulties. ok, first me as a bloons player... i started out using school computers to play btd5, mainly using sandbox, becaue i liked seeing random strats vs the bloons, but i didnt really know how to play the game. now,(a while later) i play bloons on my phone consistently, with an actual strategy. i mainly do freeplay and some freeplay challenges. I'm not very good at chimps, but I do consider myself decent at freeplay challenges(and... heres the small brag about my meager accomplishments) with the record of 300 in water only freeplay(only water towers plus meg and only natural water{no lota extra except for making more water space but still having the towers stay after selling lota}and the record for impoppable no harvest cornfield of round 313(this can easiily go further but unlike water only I am literally the only person who does this so it'll only go further when i get past the extensive stall farming it requires.) ok after saying that i have a bit of freeplay skill(I didn't I only talked about challenges no pure freeplay but if you must know r406 is my best), i guess its time to have an explanation to my sporadic edits that i may occasionally make. I mainly make edits when I notice that something related to freeplay is wrong (like flavored trades farming being the best way to pop farm for navarch when plord hook abilty is a lot faster especially on maps like logs where water is very limited, or feel that i can ellaborate on a topic decently. I hope to eventually have the strategy freeplay page be fully up to date with any new info but also I probably won't be able to because I maybe have adhd but definitely have trouble focusing on one thing for writing if its not pouring my brain out like this, and I'm far from an expert. I will attempt to add important developments though. so yeah thats me.

I am also working on a step by step guide for cornfield impop freeplay based on tips from other cornfield players and mmy own experience, even though no one in their right mind should play it seriously.

Warning. Punctuation and capitalisation beyond this point may be sporadic.

little word vomit about bomb and ice paragon hopes

this is assuming they stick with ice, and of coure it will have a bit about how they will affect cornfield

welp, bomb paragon is announced for v51, and they a contemplating ice, so i guess ill write about this. ok, to start off, speculation. it will probably have one abilty, that is a stronger version of its passive, a stun, and the other general features(im not here to create a fan concept) ths one is exciting, but it wont change much, though in my cornfield setup ill use it as an excuse to move tackgon to the upper secret spot and ninjagon to the back. it will probabply have too much damage on the miin attak to stall consistently, and will require a bit of additional farming to afford, but we still should be able to fit everything. because its a primary paragon, if it follows the trend, it shouldnt be too expensive.

ice paragon:(this will be a bit more speculative) ok, heres what i think would be the best way to include each path.

top path: either +10 damage for brittle or a percent damage modifier(flat is better for ninjas, but percent is better for temples but theyll prob go with flat) with the main attack causeing powerful ice shards when it hits a bloon.

middle path: a large aura around the paragon that slows moab class bloons to icicle impale rates and bads by 10% (this would be controversal, but hey, its nowhere near time stop range, its only within its range, and its for a tower with the main purpose of SLOWING bloons.) additionally, every second a pulse goes through the aura, which triggers the AZ secondary freeze on all bloons exept bads.(if it has an ability its just a buffed az ability)

bottom path: cryo cannon main attack, fast, lots of damage, excessive slow.

ok, with the fanon paragon out of the way, how would it affect cornfield setups: it takes up the last non lotn or lota spot, so no fharm, but its a good tradeoff, more farming would be needed, and after this paragon, we will have to pick and choose which ones get in, the only one assured is merm when that happens(also when merm happens we might switch to tsg setups if we can fit enough sacs.

new cornfield impop wr attempt 1(failed)

oh i also guess i might add bits of whats happening with the games im curretly working on.

with my current cornfield impop run, i have passed the stall farming phae so i can finally move forward (stall farming is annoyingly tedious and i tend to procrastinate on it so it takes longer) after stall farming i got a degree 69 engigon and started farming pop for goatgon with a 520 inferno ring for the extra meteor pierce. after i got the tackgon d70 i got a 520dart for apm pop farming because it shreds on cornfield, even if some projectiles ignore the corn (why does this happen) and now im farming pops for the ninjagon. i need to be careful with my farming because last run i ran out and had to slowly wait for the income to accumulate for lotn after all paragons. my biggest concern is that i will have a bad seed because that is what prevented my last run which had all possible paragon(basially all except ace because it cant fit) from beating my previous run with 2 extra paragons because i had a terrible seed and im worried i got another. anyway goodbye random person who decided to look at my user page for no reason

update: as i feared, i have a terrible seed that will likely prevent me from reaching the full potential of the setup. additionally, i have realizeed that my setup just barely doesnt allow for final harmonic to fit(wait i just figured out a potential wway but it defenitely wont work) s i have less than optmal hex uptime. i do plan on doing a run afr this with better planning, once a very specific thing has happened that i can adapt some strategies, mainly a potential layout from.anyways, for real updates, d70 navarch d70 ninjagon, d70 spactagon and i have the pops for a wizgon, but im working on layout.i guess this is the end of this update.

ok i have restarted, because i got to 304 and confirmed everything is possible, so i got rid of the terrible seed, and am hoping that the next one is better. i am planning to make a step by step on this page for the farming of at least the early game.

Cornfield Impop No Harvest Farming Step by Step Guide.

A huge thanks to Lt. Koro, Jakilip, Mackan Rules(didn't personally help, but he's how I got into cornfield), Konali, SecretIdentity1234, and several others for inspiring me to play cornfield, and helping me with the farming strats for this guide!!

This presumes all monkey knowledge has been acquired.

Disclaimer: While these are the methods I use, that does not mean that they are optimal.

BRF start (more casual, this was the strat I used to get round 300)

1. Place a dart at the top middle of the main plat and set to strong (microing targeting can help reserve spikes). Place engi in bot left secret spot and set to last.

2. Place farm as far down right on the main plat as possible(messing up this placement blocks multiple things, causing a need to reset).

3. Upgrade farm to 1-0-0.

4. Place the second dart as far up and to the left as possible and place the third in the lower right secret spot.

5. Upgrade farm to 2-0-0 and mid round place another dart below the second.

6. Sell all towers besides the first 2 darts and the farm, upgrade the 2nd dart to 3-0-0.

7. Place an engi as far down left on the main plat as possible, upgrade to 0-0-2, and set to last.

8. Upgrade spult to 3-0-2.

9. Place alch in bot left spot, upgrade to 0-0-4, then 1-0-4.

10. Upgrade Farm to 3-0-0.

11. Upgrade engi to 0-1-4, and place the trap near alch.

12. Upgrade dart to 4-0-2, upgrade farm to 3-2-0.

13. Round 40. Upgrade the engi to 0-2-4, place the trap at the back oack, and place an 0-2-3 engi in the lower right secret spot.

14. Sell the second engi, retarget trap back to the start, micro if needed.

15. Upgrade the farm to 4-2-0.

16. When enough money is amassed to purchase a 0-0-4 village in the upper left corner of the main plat, sell the free dart and juggernaut and place. This placement is extremely precise, as messing it up gets us one less sniper to farm with later.

17. Buy a 4-0-2 dart below the village.

18. Upgrade village to 0-0-5, then 0-2-5. repurchase the 4-2-0 farm.

19. Upgrade dart to 5-0-2.

20. Buy a 0-4-0 engi above the farm, constantly overclock the farm.

21. Place an 0-2-4 engi in the lower right secret spot, place the trap next to alch on the track.

22. When approx. 120k is accumulated, sell the second trap and the overclock and instantly upgrade farm to 5-2-0.

23. Buy an 0-4-0 engi in the bot right secret spot, upgrade to 0-5-0 and ultraboost farm.

24. Upgrade trap to 0-2-5.

Bank strat (more micro intensive, but more optimal)

  1. Place 2 0-0-0 darts, with the free one in the right secret spot and the other in the left secret spot. Target to one on the left to last.
  2. Mid round, quickly place a farm as far right and down on the main plat as possible.
  3. Place a 0-0-0 engi as far left and down on the man plat as possible. Target to strong.
  4. Upgrade the farm to 1-0-0.
  5. Upgrade the engi to 1-0-0.
  6. Upgrade the farm to 2-0-0
  7. Upgrade the engi to 2-0-0, and the farm to 2-2-0, in whatever order is needed to survive.
  8. Upgrade the engi to 3-0-0.
  9. Place a 0-0-0 ninja at the top right of the main platform by round 24 to handle the camos.
  10. Place a bomb shooter above the engi on round 28 and set to strong for leads.
  11. On round 34, replace your engi with a 0-1-4 engi in the same spot, with the trap as far up the track as possible
  12. When 6,360$ is acquired, place and upgrade the alch to 0-0-4, then 1-0-4 in the left secret spot. Set to strong or last.
  13. Sell the bomb shooter(can also do this before making the alch to get it a bit earlier), and once the camo whites of r38(I think) are dead, sell the ninja.
  14. Upgrade the farm to 2-3-0.
  15. Replace and upgrade the bomb shooter to 0-3-0, and target the trap to the back of the track for the r40 moab.
  16. After r40, sell the 0-3-0 bomb shooter, and put the trap back(over the next few rounds some trap micro is neccesary but im not writing it down)
  17. Buy an 0-3-0 engi above the other engi and place the foam at the trap
  18. Upgrade the farm to 2-4-0. do some deposit stuff(idk, deposit twice, wait 2 rounds, cashout, repeat till r47?). Alternatively, at the end of round 42, sell everything for a chinook and set up the first 3 steps of the spop strat, substituting chinook in the place of spop.(only do this if you have a good grasp of stalling, go straight into spop when you have the money)
  19. On round 47(or 48 if you're a bit suboptimal) you have 2 options. 1 is easier and the other is optimal.

Either sell everything besides the IMF, cash out, and at the start of the round use loan and sell the IMF for a Special poperations heli,(optimal) or do the same but keep the engis and r2g(if you have enough without selling it) and upgrade the trap to 0-2-5, this is slightly less optimal but still way ahead of the BRF strat.( also sorry there are so many options, Im providing 3 levels of difficulty that all end up the same way but with varying money)

Spop variant

1.Get spop as described in the above blurb. Lock it in the up right bend of the track at the main plat, then buy a 0-2-2 glue in the left secret spot, a 2-0-0 ice in the lower left corner of the the main plat, and anothe 0-2-2 glue in the upper right corner of the main plat. when the bloons are close to death, door gunner the ice, and move the heli to the end of the track. use the heli resupply (money) whenever it comes off cooldown.(use a marine to pop moabs and regrows when needed, you can use regrows to infinitely stall a round if you are careful)

2. Place a 0-2-4 village in the upper left corner.

3. Upgrade the glue in the left secret spot to 0-3-2

4. Upgrade the ice to 2-5-0

5. Continue to stall the rounds until you have enough money to purchase monkeynomics (2-5-0 farm). Sell the 0-2-2 glues and get a 3-2-0 druid in the upper right next to the village on the secret spot.

6. Do deposit stuff with the bank(there are other guides online for this). Each round stall for as long as possible for both nomics abilities and cooldown. Additionally, at the start of each round buy a 0-3-0 or 0-4-0/2 and set it on strong, whatever is necessary to defeat the moabs of the round. After the moabs are dead sell the bomb and stall.(AZ[2-5-0 ice] ability may be needed for stalling or defeating moabs.)

7. In the lower right secret spot buy an 0-5-2 engi and target the foam near the start of the track(where you used to). Ultraboost the AZ, glue and farm, though not the druid.

8. When you have enough money, sell the nomics and village and buy a 4-2-0 farm in the lower right corner, then rebuy the village(it should be able to reach the AZ) and upgrade it to 0-2-5. After that, place a farm as far low and to the right as possible and upgrade it to 5-2-0.

9. Stall and get the central to max ultraboost stacks, then sell the glue, AZ, and druid. Buy a 0-2-5 engi(same trap spot) in the lower left of the main plat, and a 1-0-4 alch set to strong in the lower left secret spot. Proceed(It snowed) to stall farming.

Big Trap variant

1. Get big trap as described in the above blurb.

2. If you had to sell r2g, once you have amassed ~6,600 cash, rebuy it in the same spot

3. Once enough money is acquired, sell the cleansing foam engi and purchase a 0-2-4 village as far to the top and left as possible.

4. Place a farm at the very bottom left of the main plat, upgrade it to 4-2-0, and when you have the money, sell and rebuy both it and the village, but buy the farm first, so that its not discounted (discounted loses you 200 cash per round for opolis, which adds up.)

5. Upgrade the village to 0-2-5 then rebuy the 4-2-0 farm.

6. Place a 0-4-0 engi in the bottom right secret spot and target the foam on the trap. Overclock the farm.

7. When 125k is accumulated, sell the overclock and upgrade the farm to 5-2-0, then rebuy the overclock in the same spot.

8. Upgrade the overclock to 0-5-0, and ultraboost the farm.

9. Proceed(yum frozen chicken) to the stall farming stage, even if it is pre round 80.

Stall farming(required towers and everything r~80[if optimal a bit before]-140, this is the same for both strats, though it may occasionally reference the casual one)

1. When 60k is acquired sell ujug and replace with 5-2-0 bomb in the same spot.(below opolis)

2. Fit 2 snipers above the farm (may take some time, the one on the left is lower than the one on the right, if the farm amd village places arent correct you can only fit one.), and one in the new secret spot(last bend, subpixel perfect, so get wiggling!) Make two 0-4-0(including the new secret spot one since its not in opolis range)and one 0-5-0. Whenever your supply drops are off cooldown, use the ability immediately.

3. Stall farming time. This is the most tedious part, and im not covering every round, so I'll just put some guidelines, based on rounds with the type of blimp that has the highest rbe in the round.(ZOMG>BFB>DDT/MOAB) also in general draw away the trap when the biggest moab of the round gets there, once stall is done to the requirements use the trap to kill stall.

Rounds with zomgs: Stall for the max 3 uses of your supply drops, and ultraboost crush and r2g to 10 stacks during these rounds. make sure to always have it off cooldown at the end of any type of round so that you can uboost the farm though.

Rounds with bfbs:Use supply drop at the top of the round, stall till its off cooldown.

Rounds with ddts/moabs: You won't get stall with these, but using it anyways still works depending on tthe round after, might just be a net neutral though...

Important rounds:

Round 100: Put a 105 ninja in the top secret spot. Once the bad layer is destroyed sell the ninja and replace it with another 0-4-0 sniper and stall the round.

Round 119: After getting your starting crates, sell your 2 supply drop snipers above the banana farm and replace with mad, overclock when needed, same steps as after ninja, get your snipers back and stall.

Pop farming(directly after stall farming, trigger is engi hitting 16.2 mil pops)

1. Once your big trap has 16.2 mil pops accounting for cash earned, sell the r2g and replace it with a 5-0-0 engi and make a d69/70 engigon out of the uboost.

2. Put the 0-2-5 engi and r2g back and continue to stall farm till ~round 150 for extra money (you can also keep the trap till round 190 and pop farm there, but while it produces more money, it makes pops very convoluted, and I dont recommend it because of this. As long as you hold on to your main farms until around r240, youll have just enough.).

3. After this point this is more of a template than a guide, and i highly encourage you to look at easymode setups if you need more help. Regardless, I typically start by farming pops for the tack paragon. This is done by using the bloon crush to hold the zomgs in place so that a 5-2-0 tack can get most of the pops. For where to place things i find that beside the fact that the ninja and dart paragons should be swapped, Mackan rules' 342 run has a good setup, as all paragons available plus fharm, ezili, and lotn fit.

To farm the ninjagon pops, place grand sabo in the new secret spt on whatever round you get rid of trap and place the inferno ring. use its ability at the start of eah round and when the pops are accumulated create the ninjagon it at the top secret spot(do this after apm is made though, because ninja steals pops with global sticky cards.)

To farm APM pops do the same thing as tackgon (even 5-2-0) and when the pops are maxed(16.2 mil) create it in the bot left secret spot.

While the other 3 (ignoring tackgon) are where they should go (positionwise) every run, any after this are entirely up to you as to how to farm pops, this is just the best crosspaths and minor notes. Also always make sure to 10x ub your pop farmers, use aoeclock on the farm.

Navarch:0-5-2, hook-ins are op.

Spactagon:5-2-0, slowish goings, but absolutely worth.

Wiz: 5-2-0(im sensing a recurring pattern), if you can fit it, use pbrew and homeland while popfarming for this, its very strong, but very slow to gain pops.

Subgon:0-5-2, while pops on this are nice for better ability cooldown, as long as you are above d50, its fine.

acegon:doesn't fit lol

boomergon:0-2-5, this is the least essential paragon, and the last one you should get, it doesn't really matter.

And with that, I guess this guide is finished? Idk Ill probably still update it. Good luck with your run if you end up doing one!
