Eye Liner is the eleventh level of Frosty Fun in the Flash version of Bloons 2.

Solution

The player should aim their first dart to the arc of bloons that are on the top, in a manner where all 12 bloons will be popped. Once reverse gravity is activated by popping the Reverse Gravity Bloon, the player should pop the arc of 12 bloons that are on the bottom.

Note that by normal means, unless level skipping is activated, it is impossible to pop the bloons inside the iron blocks.
