Monkey Boost is a Relic in Bloons TD 6. It provides two Monkey Boost powers during the game. This effect can stack with multiple of itself.

- Powerful if the defenses can survive all but a few difficult rounds, or needing the extra DPS against Bosses.
- Sentry Gun and above have double synergy with this, making Engineer-focused defenses very good with this relic, additionally sustaining effects longer by having the extra sentries still remaining after the Power wears off.
- For 2-Tier Boss tiles, timing Monkey Boosts is trickier. Using both Monkey Boosts on Tier 1 is recommended if affording actually strong anti-Boss defenses can be done by Tier 2 (often via efficient farming). Otherwise, splitting between two Boss tiers is preferred.
