Full description	Bloons popped by the Mortar have a 25% chance of releasing 4 smaller bombs.[default] Bloons popped by the Mortar have a 50% chance of releasing 4 smaller bombs.[enhancement]

Raining Clusters is one of the Mortar's Payload Path upgrades in Bloons Blitz. This upgrade causes all Bloons hit by the Mortar Monkey's projectiles (including Burny Stuff's fire patches) to have a 25% chance (50% chance with the Level 2 version) to spawn four cluster bombs in a circle around itself. Each cluster bomb deals 3.5 damage and cannot crit.
