Slick Ribbon is the 9th level in Bloons Player Pack 1.
Solution
[edit | edit source]Throw a fully-powered dart at an angle to clear the regular bloons, which can be tricky due to the nearby Ice Bloons. After clearing all regular bloons, throw the second dart at full power towards the Ice Bloons.
