Upwards is the second level of day 13 and the 38th level overall in Bloons Festive Fun.
Solution
[edit | edit source]Aim a high power dart up and slightly right in a way that pops the Triple Shot Bloon, before it falls and pops the tile block. Afterwards, aim the triple shot in a way where the arrow is around the second highest metal block below the opening and the arm directly on the right side of the monkey's left eye, so that one of the darts pops the Holly Bloons.
