On Turn Start Bloontonium generation and order of Ammo Storage

Does On Turn Start Bloontonium generation such as Miners come first or Ammo Storage? Suppose you got 16 Bloontonium and you got two Mine Supervisors (2*2=4) making 4 Bloontonium at start of round.
