In the Bloons TD series, Freeplay is the game mode accessed after completing a game on a certain difficulty. After completing a difficulty, players may be presented the option to continue to Freeplay. During Freeplay, there typically comes a point after which rounds are randomly generated and become harder and harder because MOAB-Class Bloons increase in health and Bloons increase in speed as the rounds progress with a mechanic called Ramping.

Bloons TD 4

This article is stub, help by expanding it! Bloons TD 4 doesn't have hp scaling, it has a limit round of 255 (unless it's Apopalypse) but meanwhile Apopalypse has no round limit and as of now its round 1500! The problem with the freeplay in BTD4 is that if you exit, you lose the save file, the round record image is provided here: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/750041149657317417/1287260091141062657/Screenshot_1.png?ex=66f77d61&is=66f62be1&hm=b35815f334cb4678a1dad36d4ba9d6bf540b3a139aa75ee952662aaaa0fc1922&

Bloons TD 6 has ramping, where with each progressive round past freeplay, bloons get faster and tankier. Freeplay rules also apply past round 80, such as Super Ceramics, and some bloons take away less Hearts than before. (including Impoppable and CHIMPS). Past round 140, all rounds are randomly generated, except for round 163, 200, and 263. (Rounds 10,000 and above are also pre-determined, but they aren't humanly possible to reach)

Cash per pop also gets reduced the further you get, from 100% to 50% from rounds 51-60, 50% to 20% on rounds 61-85, 20% to 10% from rounds 86-100, 10% to 5% from rounds 101-120, and rounds 121+ is reduced to 2%.
