Spear

Spear is a spell of Corvus, unlocked at Level 1 (alongside Repel and Nourishment). It costs 100 Mana to activate, and drains 10 Mana per second while active. When activated, the spirit throws homing spears that trigger lightning bolts upon hitting bloons. This spell has no cooldown.

Homing spears have 60 range and 2.5 seconds attack cooldown, and a projectile lifespan of 1.6 seconds. Spears themselves don't do damage but each have 10 pierce. Every hit produces lightning that forks up to 4 times, hitting up to 15 bloons, dealing 1 damage.

At Level 12-17, lightning deals 4 damage, and Level 18+ further increases lightning damage to 10.

Spear is strong against groups of bloons, having high pierce for its cost. While very good for early-game, it still remains strong in the late-game. Because an active Spear drains mana every second, cancel the spell if you're certain that groups of bloons would no longer be a problem.

  • Vision + Spear acts as a long-ranged decamo
