Up is the ninth level of Frosty Fun in the Flash version of Bloons 2. This level introduces Reverse Gravity Bloons.

Solution

The player should pop the Reverse Gravity Bloon above them, then aim their dart to a bottom right direction and make its arc head towards any Tack Bloon, which would then pop the remaining bloons in the level.
