“Bloons” vs. “bloons”

Officially, the wiki doesn’t care whether someone says “Bloons” or “bloons”, since NK has used both. (Huh, this used to be in Blooncyclopedia:Style guide, but now that I’ve gone back to look for it, it’s gone. Strange.)
