Upgrade Bloons is a tier 4 Bloon Power in the mobile version of Bloons TD Battles. It increases the layers of up to the next 15 non-blimp Bloons by 1, up to Rainbow Bloon. This effect lasts permanently on affected bloons, but the effect for incoming bloons lasts certain seconds to prevent stacking the bonus layers.
